Delete Your EquipFlow Account
EquipFlow users may request deletion of their EquipFlow account and associated account information.
Delete your account online
If you can sign in to your EquipFlow account, use the secure EquipFlow account-management page to request deletion.
If you cannot sign in
If you cannot access your account, email legal@maintenanceintelligencegroup.com from the email address associated with your EquipFlow account and request account deletion.
We may need to verify your identity before processing the request.
What account deletion removes
Account deletion removes or anonymizes information associated with your EquipFlow identity as applicable, including account/profile information, tenant membership and roles, and device registrations.
If you have a personal Try Out account, its associated Try Out access may also be terminated.
Certain limited records may be retained where reasonably necessary for legal, accounting, transaction, fraud-prevention, security, audit, or dispute-resolution purposes.
Local equipment data is separate
Deleting your EquipFlow account does not automatically delete equipment data stored locally on your device.
Assets, preventive maintenance records, Parts records, and related local data remain on the device unless you separately remove them using EquipFlow's Clear Data functionality or remove the application's data through your device.
Signing out, deleting an account, or deactivating a device does not automatically perform Clear Data.
